We are a local gym based in Mallusk Newtownabbey and have been open since September 2016.
We believe in reinvesting in our business and putting back in what we can to grow and develop with our members.
Our members are not only clients, but we consider them our family and our aim is to grow together.
From where we started with our gym floor back in 2016, we've grown and evolved to where we are now. And we're still growing and have plans to grow bigger to give our members more.

Our Powerlifting Suite is fully equipped for all your powerlifting needs. With competition standard bars, benches and calibrated plates it has everything you need to get competition ready.
Our purpose built lifting platforms and Olympic Standard equipment is a must visit for all competitors who are close to stepping on stage.
Our powerlifting suite is host to a wide range of lifters, record holders, judges and federation officials, so you're never short of someone to ask for competition advice.
Re:Box - Our Conditioning Studio
Our Re:Box was developed to create a bare bones gym for anyone to come and train away from the normal gym environment. Whether it's to have your own space to train, train with a group of friends or just gain confidence before venturing onto the gym floor, our Box is perfect. And it includes it's own sound systems, so your free to play your own music and train to your own pace.
ReForm Academy
Our Academy is the latest Academy in the UK to offer Gym Instructor and Personal Training Courses.
Our courses regulated by Active IQ and are completed online and in-person so you get the best experience possible with the knowledge and experience from our Academy Team.
