The next installment of the R Series is set for Saturday 14th December 2024.

This year we've plans to make the next installemnt of the R Series bigger and better than last year. 

We had a great turn out last year for our first Charity Competition with some fantastic sponsors and some amazing lifters. 

This year we plan to be bigger and better, giving lifters the main stage for what is set to be the show of the year. 

Keep an eye on our social media pages for information on how to register, sponsors and photography packages that will be available. 

As always all competitors are entitled to a free membership in prep for the compeition, making this an inhouse competition.
